🌹 Return & Refund Policy – Gentle Booms Preserved Flowers

At Gentle Booms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your preserved flower gifts.

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us at cs@gentleboomsports.com to start the process.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your flowers arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide instructions and a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to their delicate and perishable nature, preserved flowers and custom arrangements cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

  • Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

  • Exchanges: If eligible, return your item (with approval) and place a new order for the replacement.
